If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your prints for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of shipping. Shipping charges and credit card service charges are not refundable. Credit card refunds will be made either by check less the credit card service charges or by a credit to the credit card account less the credit card service charges. Please contact us for a shipping address prior to sending a return. Returns should be insured for the full retail value; postage prepaid, and must be received in the same condition as sent.
Customers known to us may request prints on approval for a period of 10 days. Longer approval periods may be allowed by prior arrangement. Return shipping and insurance shall be at the customers’ expense.
All prints are offered subject to prior sale. Since most prints are unique, please await confirmation of availability prior to sending your payment.
Shipping: A $25 per package charge for handling, insurance and delivery will be added to each order for shipment. Shipment is by FedEx 2nd day within the continental United States, or by registered mail to Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses. It may be necessary to send oversized pieces in mailing tubes or to charge an additional amount for packing materials. Expedited delivery or delivery outside the continental United States is available at additional cost, and a quote will be provided in advance. International recipients pay duties and taxes associated with their packages.
Sales Tax: Washington residents add 8.9% sales tax.
Form of payment: Prices and payment are in U.S. dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, personal, cashiers, or bank check (U.S. banks only), money orders or wire transfer.
